We assign a single consultant/technician to your account, who learns your network topology in detail. You will not have to deal with a roster of annonymous people!
Prior to an engagement we sign and work under a strict non-disclosure agreement. Any information about your company, clients, suppliers or business processes remains strictly confidential. If you prefer, we can also not disclose the engagement itself.

We are equipped with iPads to establish Skype video links with you from the work site, so you can easily direct us and see exactly what we are doing, in real-time.
We document everything from arrival to exit times and provide detailed documentation with clear step-by-step notes of the work done --with photos of the rackmounted equipment, for example. If we are engaged to provide Managed Services we document incidents and support calls with our own ticketing system for maximum efficiency and to track SLA resonse times.

We can source computer parts, servers and network peripheral equipment from the major vendors and manufacturers --with the correct local voltage. We are also Dell PartnerDirect partners and Value Added Resellers (VARs) with quick access to Dell hardware and parts.
For additional delivery and sourcing options from the US you can use our UPS mailbox accross the Canadian border in Lewiston, New York.
