Network Maintenance Plans
In addition to the above services we can, under contract, provide a comprehensive, preventative IT maintenance and unlimited support of your office or clinic for a flat monthly fee.
Prior to an engagement we sign and work under a strict non-disclosure agreement. Any information about your company, patients, suppliers or business processes remains strictly confidential. If you prefer, we can also not disclose the engagement itself.

We can source computer parts, servers and network peripheral equipment from the major vendors and manufacturers, and with the correct local voltage. We are also Dell PartnerDirect partners and Value Added Resellers (VARs) with quick access to Dell hardware and parts.
For additional delivery and sourcing options from the US we have a UPS mailbox accross the Canadian border in Lewiston, New York.
